If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms & Conditions, or any subsequent modifications, you must immediately cease using the 33zx platform and close your account by contacting customer support.
To use 33zx services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:
You must be at least 21 years of age or older. 33zx strictly prohibits minors from accessing or using our platform. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time, and accounts found to belong to underage users will be immediately suspended and any funds forfeited.
You must be a resident of Indonesia. Our services are specifically designed for and targeted to Indonesian players. Users accessing 33zx from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited or restricted do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws.
You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. You must not be legally restricted from participating in online gaming activities due to bankruptcy proceedings, court orders, legal guardianship, or any other legal impediment.
You may only register and maintain one account with 33zx. Multiple accounts belonging to the same individual are strictly prohibited. If we discover that you have opened or are controlling multiple accounts, we reserve the right to close all accounts, void all bets, and forfeit all balances.
You must not be currently self-excluded from 33zx or any other gambling platform. If you have previously self-excluded and attempt to open a new account before the exclusion period expires, the new account will be closed immediately.
To use 33zx services, you must complete the account registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and residential address. All information provided must match the details on your government-issued identification documents.
33zx operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to comply with anti-money laundering regulations and ensure platform security. You may be required to submit the following documents:
We reserve the right to request additional documentation at any time. Failure to provide requested verification documents may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions until verification is completed.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. You agree to notify 33zx immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach. 33zx will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.
You are responsible for ensuring that all information in your account remains accurate and up-to-date. If your personal details change (such as address, phone number, or banking information), you must update your account information promptly or contact customer support for assistance.
33zx accepts deposits via the following Indonesian banking and payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 for bank transfers and Rp 25,000 for e-wallet transactions.
Deposits are typically processed within 1-3 minutes for bank transfers and instantly for e-wallet transactions. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. 33zx is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking systems.
All deposits must originate from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. You warrant that all funds deposited into your 33zx account are legally obtained and do not originate from criminal activity, money laundering, or any illegal source.
Withdrawals can only be made to the same bank account or e-wallet that was used for deposits. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and fraud. If you wish to withdraw to a different account, you must contact customer support and provide appropriate documentation.
Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours, though most e-wallet withdrawals are completed within 2-12 hours. Processing times may be extended if additional verification is required. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000.
Before a withdrawal can be processed, you must meet any applicable wagering requirements associated with bonuses. Accounts that have not been fully verified through KYC may have withdrawal limits or restrictions. 33zx reserves the right to request additional verification for large withdrawal amounts exceeding Rp 50,000,000.
33zx does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees. You are responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment processors.
Bonuses and promotions are offered at the sole discretion of 33zx and may be subject to specific terms and conditions. Not all users may be eligible for all bonuses. 33zx reserves the right to exclude certain users from promotional offers if we suspect bonus abuse or violation of terms.
Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. This means you must wager the bonus amount (and sometimes the deposit amount) a specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and will be clearly stated in the specific bonus terms.
Different games contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements. Typically, slot games contribute 100%, while table games like baccarat and roulette may contribute less (often 10-20%). When playing with bonus funds, maximum bet limits apply. Exceeding the maximum bet amount while bonus funds are active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings. Standard maximum bet limits are Rp 25,000 per spin/bet unless otherwise specified.
All bonuses have an expiration period, typically 30 days from activation unless stated otherwise. If wagering requirements are not met within the specified timeframe, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
Each bonus or promotion may only be claimed once per person, household, IP address, device, or payment method. Attempts to abuse bonuses through multiple accounts or other fraudulent means will result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.
All users must engage in fair play. The use of bots, automated betting software, exploitation of software bugs, collusion with other players, or any other form of cheating is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.
All game results are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or, in the case of live casino games, by physical gameplay conducted by professional dealers. 33zx does not manipulate game outcomes. Once a bet is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
For sports betting, including bandar bola (football betting markets) and mix parlay (accumulator bets), the following rules apply:
In the event of a dispute regarding game results, bet settlement, or account issues, you must contact 33zx customer support within 30 days of the disputed event. All disputes will be investigated thoroughly, and 33zx's decision will be final and binding.
In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or system failure that affects game results or account balances, 33zx reserves the right to void affected bets and restore accounts to their state prior to the malfunction. Users will be notified of any such corrections.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 33zx platform. Violation of these rules will result in immediate account suspension or termination and forfeiture of funds:

You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose money. 33zx does not guarantee any winnings and is not responsible for gambling losses. You participate in all gaming activities at your own risk and discretion.
33zx's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited into your account in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming industry standards and best practices. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of 33zx services shall be resolved through arbitration or through the customer support dispute resolution process.

By using 33zx, you waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against the platform. All disputes must be resolved on an individual basis.
